Hello, I’m Álvaro, the heart behind After Life Vets.
My career as a veterinarian has led me to explore the field of euthanasia and palliative care, not just in Spain but also in France and England. I founded After Life Vets with a clear mission: to ensure that families can say goodbye to their pets in a loving and peaceful environment, right in the comfort of their homes.
Currently, I cover the Catalonia region, focusing primarily on Barcelona and Girona.
When I’m not helping families bid farewell to their beloved companions, you’ll find me enjoying long walks in nature with my dogs, always curious and eager to learn something new every day.
I’m guided by simple yet profound values: honesty, empathy, and the promise to treat every pet as if they were part of my own family. This philosophy is the core of After Life Vets, where we strive to provide unconditional and compassionate support during difficult times.

Hello, I’m Elena González, a veterinarian at After Life Vets.
I graduated in Córdoba in 2018, and since then, I have dedicated my career to compassionate pet care, specializing in euthanasia and palliative care. For me, it’s a privilege to support families during such a delicate time, helping them say goodbye to their furry companions in a peaceful and loving environment.
Currently, I cover the Málaga area and much of Andalusia.
I’m guided by empathy, respect, and dedication—values I share with the After Life Vets team to provide warm and compassionate care to every family and pet we serve.
